You can lower the rating within two days after registration. This should be enough time to realise that something is wrong.
This limitation was added because some members used this as a revange. When they had a problem with a member, they went back and changed the ratings on previous postcards.

Because the text of the postcard did not make much sense to me at first. Although it was not very polite, I registered it, hoping to communicate with the sender to understand what do the words mean. After the conversation, I understood that the person had written the postcard with malice. This user had no respect for me. So I want to block this user and lower the ranking.
