Hi! The "IT" is in the list. You can notice that there are id's from Italy that are registered. So, it is there and it's working. For some unknown reason it seems to disappear in some cases. Maybe it has to do with your computer language settings, browser settings, ...
Try using a different computer or browser.
Meanwhile tell me what are those id's that you can't register and I will mark them as registered.
