Geography Postcards.

I draw my first address a few months ago, but SL Post was not accepted mail to that country then. So I deleted that ID after a few days. But now I can send mail to that country but I am living in a different sub-region. Can I get the same ID for the same person again for the new sub-region?

I mailed a postcard from previous sub-region a few days ago.

If you have not mailed that postcard, it's better to continue with new addresses from your current region.
