new members who don't really send
27 Feb 2023, 12:59:22
i think there are new members who sign up, they pick up their first address but don't really send their first postcard.
i look at my expired incoming postcards and found 3 members who received my address on the day they signed up and that's also the day of their last activity.
i don't believe they really sent their postcards.
did it happened to others?
take a look at your incoming expired postcards and compare the day of sign up, last activity and the day your address has been given

Yes, it seems that there are people that join just to try it but never completing sending the postcard. It is a situation found in all clubs. They are just courious about the project and they don't continiue with the sending.

For situations like this, you have the option "Not received". Postcards in this situation will expire in 90 days and will appear in the first page after you login. Those expired letters have another 90 days to be resolved. If you mark the postcard as "Not received" and the sender does not login again, then the postcard will automatically be deleted and you receive the slot back.
