At https://geopostcards.club/postcards/US-1308 I am unable to see the send region. How can I repair it?

It happens with the canceled postcards. They are recreated automatically at registration from a history log. I need to add to that log, the region of the postcard. Untill then, I have corrected the region manually for this postcard.
