You have the option to only send/receive from your own country.
North america would mean Canada, USA, Mexico and several other. Or are you just interested in Canada and USA?
europapostcards is based on the "Europa CEPT programme" for stamps. In that club you select the stamp from that programme that you put on the postcard. What do you mean by a club for North America? Based on stamps or based on locations?
