hi there everyone..recently i got this notice (You have received some negative ratings recently. Please improve your next exchanges) what shall i do??..already asked admin but i don't think he is responding...need help guys...
This limitation, when you have one low rating, is temporary, until your last 10 exchanges are 3-5 stars. The current limitation is 2 traveling postcards. As @Puntin replid, it's important to follow the simple rules of the club.
@ brianseoul1986, the administrator usually replies; maybe not immediately, but he usually replies.
In my opinion, simply pay more attention to the few simple rules of the club in future dispatches: ' Use a representative postcard for the selected subregion. ' (better if mailed in the post office of the same sub-region).
