About Krasnodar - there is common phrase: "If there is The Heaven Everywhere, it is Krasnodarskiy Krai, of course".
The climate is mild (like in New York), people are kind, nature is great, Black sea is near and everybody likes to live here. That's why we don't like to move to any other place. And that's why we have extremely hight prices for estate. )
